Director of Discipleship
Kelly has a huge heart for all things discipleship in the local church. Her priority in this role is developing and implementing the discipleship pathway. This is a comprehensive strategy for our whole church that includes the development of our groups, and other equipping and reaching opportunities. She is the visionary behind our Baptism Celebration Service, Embrace (our parent/child dedication event), Discover Grace Hill, our seasonal book clubs and more.
Jason and Kelly have 3 girls and a “turn our world upside down” little boy! Kelly has been a regular contributor for the Orange Leaders blog, the Lead Small blog and the First Look Curriculum blog as well has developing and launching a training platform to equip next gen leaders in churches all over America.
